This survey is designed to make sure the voices of our community (especially Black communities) are heard, organized, and taken seriously by elected leaders at the local, county, and national levels.

 

Our aim is to capture what’s actually impacting your quality of life, and to help ensure that our participation in civic life is not assumed or taken for granted, but tied to real accountability and action. The survey is brief and can be completed in just a few minutes. I encourage you to participate so that our collective voice is represented clearly and responsibly.
